1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bebex platform at bebex.io ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

Bebex is a non-custodial, decentralized spot exchange (DEX) interface that facilitates peer-to-peer token swaps on the Ethereum blockchain via Uniswap V3 liquidity pools. Bebex does not custody user funds, execute orders on your behalf, or act as a counterparty to any trade. All transactions are executed directly on-chain through smart contracts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not available to users in jurisdictions where access to decentralized finance applications is prohibited by law.

4. Non-Custodial Nature

Bebex is a non-custodial platform. We do not control, hold, or have access to your digital assets or private keys. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. Bebex cannot reverse transactions, recover lost funds, or assist with lost or stolen private keys.

5. Risks

Trading digital assets involves substantial risk of loss. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile; asset values can decrease significantly or become worthless.
• Smart contract vulnerabilities may result in the loss of funds.
• Network congestion or gas fees may affect trade execution and cost.
• Regulatory changes may affect the legality of using decentralized exchanges in your jurisdiction.
• Slippage and price impact may cause trades to execute at prices different from those displayed.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any fraudulent activity.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Introduce malware or other harmful code into the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Bebex name, logo, website design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Bebex and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEBEX AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
